November 2025 update
Might as well make this the christmas update post. Starting the stress of the season, and thats before we’ve ‘moved’ everything around for decorations!
Got hit by Flu, 5 days later and still suffering.
Objectives
- Survive Christmas, mentally and physically. Always seem to pick up some illness from somewhere, or overdo it as theres always leftovers and brain, kidney’s struggle.
- finish template directory, some basics to start people off on their 11ty journey with simple drop in base templates, with guides on how to use them.
- Write up 11ty guides.
- not get taken out by Flu or covid again, 3 days feeling foggy in brain with almost 2 days of not eating and stuck in bed.
- an idea on 11tyBundle has given me an idea to finish my seasonal banner/header system.
Thoughts on Future
- With time moving past so fast, or am i getting slower? Feels like a slog to even get normal stuff done during the day.
- Some interactive templates/pages using some available API or cached data in JSON.
- Looking at building own accounting software as they more and more suck as their fee’s go up each year.
- I really do not like AI, but it looks like I’m going to have to at least investigate it’s ability just to help write posts in a decent amount of time, or tidy up guides. Because of my distrust, I’m working on a filter to allow me to tag parts of content which has been written/enhanced by AI, either with a separate colour, underline and/or hover over warning.
