Apparently I should write a book

Whenever I tell a life experience or engage in a ‘Crisis post Mortem’, I often get told ‘You should write a book’. Either somethings Silly or unbelievable.

Why?

Apparently some of my stories are funny to people, most of those cases aren’t funny to me at the time of experience.

I also feel I should note down the stories I often repeat, which could be a clue to how my mind has become the thing that it is now. Especially when it feels like I’m forgetting them or running out of time.

How are they so interesting?

Well theres the thing, I don’t think they are interesting… But when I go on a rant about certain things, there is some… oddness which almost makes it sound like a comedy sketch.

A Example being one of my first Job Interviews back in the time of bulky magnetic sensitive PC’s. Where a tour showed me the ‘workshop’, which I can only describe as a ‘disaster hit area of the kind of disaster our country doesn’t get’. The Tech running it assumed that I was a Lucky Amateur who barely knew how computers work.

They were running a trial of a magnetic lifting hook, either because they’ve injured themselves or encountered the Behemoth PC cases I encountered early on in my career (one was 5 feet tall!), he clamps this big magnetic with a handle onto a PC, and my sensitive ears hears all sorts of crunching and grinding. It’s on the desk, clamp removed, plugged in and fails to boot and the CD-ROM (yes, that far back) drive, installed at the top, won’t open with all sorts of noises. Left them to it, wasn’t going to get that job anyway.

Another interview, I passed the place many times, thought it was a big local business… It was ran out of a wooden shed behind what i thought was their building, paper files, cups, cigarette ends everywhere. Think I aborted that interview due to fire concerns.

I Think its to do with my rambling/rants turning absurd which make people laugh. Terrible thing is, these things happen as described.

How long will this take?

Pff. no idea. When I have motivation, time and energy and the ability to remember everything?
