I’m thinking of making regular short posts which get to a point, probably an unpopular opinion.
Here goes.
If you are going to demand that your citizens do everything through an app or website for the services they pay for or have to use, then an internet connection should be a basic human right.
Most of our Government services are now done online, but what if you can’t have a connection due to financial or physical means?
Piggybacking off a neighbour’s connection might not be secure, neither is BT-WIFI or equivalents.
