It’s past August, again.
Means its time to make another blog post to update everyone on my terrible life! or just let Google know I’m still alive.
Notable events:
- Actually used the bus for a journey, it wasn’t as bad as I thought, but still terrible, and the operators changed, so I doubt there’ll be space on them now. Still getting anxiety issues on them though.
- Finally got new glasses and figured I missed so much visually. Slight dip in migraines too (touch wood).
Plans:
- New mapping system that employers can use to determine if a job in a named town is actually in that town or 10 miles outside of it (yes, another jibe at useless job adverts! I’ll stop when they stop). Basically its LOOK OUT THE DAMN WINDOW! see a field? Then its not in the city.
- Still a priority is to get a job, even part time.
- Get some transport would be a priority, I’ve found out that I struggle with telling left from right, and its worse when steering… So doing it in reverse will be even worse!
- Get better at writing posts and articles, really trying but attempting to do everything at once as well as the failed AI usage (it just wasn’t giving anything good enough to use at all) is starting to drain me, and the thought that no one will find anything I write useful at all puts me off (it’s taken 4 weeks to write this quick post for example)…
- Need to work out how to use Kofi properly, it seems aimed at people who make content actually worth watching/reading as well as physical merch, neither which I seem to be able to do.
- Holiday? I really need a break from the mundane.
So far
- Integrated FrontmatterCMS into a few projects to allow direct editor management of articles.
- Change-over to 11ty on clients projects make updating so much easier
